Vinification of Vallado Reserva Field Blend Red Magnum: Part of the grapes are foot-trodden in a lagar. The remaining grapes are vinified in five-ton stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature and robotic pumping over. Aging: after malolactic fermentation, all wines are transferred to 225-liter French oak barrels where they remain for 18 months.
