Description
This wine represents the first harvest from this vineyard debuted in 2014. Although it may seem contradictory, sometimes very young vines can produce grapes with a very good concentration of fruit, acidity and tannins. Now, in this fifth edition in 2020, with the vines already more established, we revisit the vivacity and concentration of black fruits that enchanted us in previous editions of «Vinhas Improbáveis», but this time with even more depth and extension of flavor, without a doubt , the result of the greater maturity of the vineyard, now 10 years old. To these attributes was added careful vinification, necessary to tame the always robust tannin structure, followed by traditional aging in 225 liter oak barrels.
