VINIFICATION: The harvest took place in September. The grapes were transported in 22Kg boxes to the winery. They spent 12 hours in a cold chamber, being gravity-fed to the presses, where complete fermentation occurred with foot treading. The wine aged for 12 months in 225L barrels and 600L casks of French and Austrian oak.
