Vinification of Vallado Vinha da Coroa Wine 2019: The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented for 14 days in stainless steel tanks, 50% with stems, and without any crushing. Aging: After a 14-day fermentation with very little extraction, the grapes aged for approximately 18 months in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels.
