Vinification of Vallado Touriga Nacional Red Wine 2020: The grapes were vinified in 5,000kg and 10,000kg stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and programmed remontage. Aging: after malolactic fermentation, all wines were racked into 225 L French oak barrels where they remain for about 16 months.
