Winemaking of Quinta do Poco do Lobo reserva Rose 2022 Wine: The carefully selected grapes were harvested in the first half of September, gently pressed, and the resulting must fermented in seasoned oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature. After alcoholic fermentation was completed, battonage was carried out for 5 months. It was bottled in March 2019.
