Though protected with candles, Pierre-Yves said they were less successful here due to the snow accumulation plus the frost. Nonetheless, what was produced will wow! It boasts a sleek vinosity with light mid-palate extract easily supported by bustling acidity. The finish integrates a pleasantly drying texture that gently, subtly and slowly flecks away the flavor generosity. It tastes of lemony custard surrounded by a sweet-and-salty shortbread.
