Reseña profesional
An utterly classic, close to mature and highly complex Corton nose that is perhaps a bit more high-toned than usual due to the white wine soil (chardonnay grown here is entitled to be called Corton-Charlemagne). The big, minerally and well muscled but not rustic flavors are also close to full maturity as the gorgeously long finish delivers plenty of mouth coating velvet though also just a touch of remaining structure. For my taste, I would be inclined to hold this for a few more years though it would certainly not be infanticide to open a bottle now. In a word, outstanding.
