From the same vineyard as JUPITER, the «Vinha da Micaela» is also affirmed. There are more than 20 grape varieties in just 3,600 m2 that are the most classic expression of the territory and terroir of Vidigueira. Winemaking: Manual harvest. Grapes carefully selected «berry by berry» on a vibrating selection table. Fermentation took place in traditional amphorae for a period of 15 days. The wine aged for a period of six months in amphora, with skin contact, followed by a period of 24 months in 500 L French oak barrels. Six months of bottle aging before being released to the market.
