To commemorate April 25, 1974, which marks the 50th anniversary, this special edition from the Bairrada region was released with the harvest of 1974. Vinification: The grapes harvested at the ideal moment of ripeness were gently pressed in a pneumatic press, and the must fermented in a stainless steel tank at 16º C. After alcoholic fermentation, batonnage was carried out for 2 months.
