Winemaking of Ruinart Rosé Brut Champagne: Hand-harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. For the red wine, a short maceration and light extraction. Complete malolactic fermentation. Composition: Blend made with a base of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, mostly classified as Premiers Crus with 20/25% coming from reserves of the previous 2 years. 45% Chardonnay, vineyards from Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, 55% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and vineyards in Vallée de la Marne, of which 18 to 19% was made into red wine.

Pomegranate pink with very slight orange reflections
On the palate the immediate taste is distinct and full, carried by a gentle sparkle. The aromas of freshly picked berries are fully revealed. This balance brings a pleasant freshness and a full body, expressed in an elegant touch of mint and pink grapefruit
The nose is subtle and fresh, first offering an original palette of tropical fruits (guava and lychee) and small berries (raspberries, cherries, and wild strawberries). These are followed by notes of rose and pomegranate that complete this complex and intense flavour profile, dominated by primary aromas, without sophistication
