From Alto dos Amores we can have what is probably the most extraordinary landscape in the Dão region. Perhaps for this reason, Alto dos Amores has been, since ancient times, the meeting point for the lovers of the town of Santar. If in the past the magic of these landscapes served to win hearts, today the grapes that grow there serve to win over the most demanding wine lovers. It is from the romanticism of this story that this sparkling wine from Casa de Santar is born. Vinification: Crushing with total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, where only the free-run juice was used. Clarification was natural static and alcoholic fermentation occurred at 18ºC. Sparkling wine production by the traditional method. Aging: Minimum 24 months in the cellar and 3 months in the bottle.
