BOLS Advocaat is a rich and creamy blend of egg yolk, sugar, and brandy with a hint of vanilla. Yellowish color. Mild aroma, with a surprisingly light taste and full-bodied thickness. Serve with ice, in mixed drinks, long drinks (Snowball), and shots (Pastel Nata). This Dutch specialty is also used in ice cream desserts.
