Description
Red wine from the 2019 harvest, made with a mixture of grape varieties from three plots, on soil on the border between granite and schist, at an altitude of 750 to 850 meters. Grapes harvested by hand, natural fermentation in a stone press, with foot treading. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. A wine that reflects the Territory and its people, where nature expresses its freshness, purity and identity.
