Vinification of Esporão Harvest Red 2022: Start of co-fermentation of the grapes in lagares, with foot treading, at controlled temperatures (22 to 25 C), finishing in concrete tanks. The maturation, after malolactic fermentation, took place in the same concrete tanks for 6 months. The conditions of micro-oxygenation, unique to this type of vessel, aim to respect the character of the wine.
