Vinification of the Titan Fragmented Wine 2017: Fresh grapes at their ideal ripeness, handpicked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo a careful manual selection. They are destemmed and foot-trodden in a stone lagar, where fermentation takes place and then the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where it ages for 32 months.
