Winemaking of Porto Messias Harvest 1975: Wine fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC). When the must reaches the desired sweetness level, fermentation is stopped by adding brandy (77%), then aged in oak wood for a minimum period of 7 years, in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia until bottled.
