Paul Jaboulet Aine La Petite Chapelle Hermitage 2012
Medium to full bodied, a little bit of sediment but opened shortly before drinking and it didn’t need decanting. Aromas of cassis, black pepper, and rose. Similar flavours plus vanilla and a little garrigue. Very silky with nicely softened tannins.
