From precision viticulture came the zoning of various areas of each grape variety and of each of these zones, particular plants. From these plants and zones of greater concentration come clusters with smaller berries, with greater ripening potential, which are hand-harvested into boxes to remain at 2ºC for 2 days in a cold chamber.

Dark red, dense and opaque
On tasting it has sharp, fine and growing tannins with concentration in the mid-palate, balsamic freshness, meatiness, plums, blackberries and blueberries, a finish full of strength and mineral notes.
Complex and intense nose with hints of end of barrel fermentation. Truffles, cedar, slight iodine, black olive, cocoa and an intense blend of black and red fruit and dried figs. Spiced, with black pepper, thyme and a mineral prolongation.
