Reseña profesional
The white wines of Château LatourMartillac are currently among the finest white graves and have a subtle and complex character. The vineyard is grown on sandy loam and gravel soil and produces red and white grapes, the latter representing 20 to 25% of the harvest depending on the year. After careful harvesting, the grapes are pulled out and picked manually. White wines are ripe in the pulp for a year, then packaged in dark bottles, to protect them during decades of aging.
Grape variety: 60% Sémillon, 38% Sauvignon, 2% Muscadelle.
