Still deep red colour with just a brick red hue and showing a lovely mature nose with black truffle, vanilla oak, some green herbs and a hint of violet perfume on top of this. Silk smooth tannins on the palate focused on tertiary notes of dried herbs, but backed up with a pleasant acidity and as it opens up in the glass showing a fruitful sweetness as well. Still showing very well with 60 years of age! (Cellartracker 2024)
