Deep, dark, opaque ruby-red color. There is an attractive compote of red-fruits on the nose. Complex, rich red-fruits also show on the palate, which is medium to full-bodied & has a lovely silky tannic structure. Acidity is fresh & alcohol is slightly warming. The tannins show more grip on the mid-palate but the fruit opens up giving a long, luscious finish.
