The «Grande Rocim» is an exceptional wine and was designed to be the best wine of Herdade do Rocim. It only appears in small quantities and in exceptional years.Vinification of Grande Rocim Grande Reserva Tinto:Carefully selected grapes «berry by berry» on a vibrating selection table. Fermentation took place in a foot-tread lagar for a period of 15 days. The wine aged for 20 months in 500 L French oak barrels. Bottle aging for a period of four months.
