Reseña profesional
The perfection found in the best vintages may be found in the 2004 Dom Perignon Rose. It’s been a few years since disgorgement, and the wine is still light, primary, and fresh. Under the lovely, floral surface, there’s a lot of complexity: cranberries, grapefruit, and a delicate raspberry accent. Firm acidity provides a lovely counterpoint to all of this. A typical Dom Pérignon that will age gently and gain weight over time. Drink between 2021 and 2036.
