Description
All of our wines are carefully aged in barrels for 22 months, maintaining all the different fermentations from each individual plot into which we divide our vineyards, completely separate until the final batch. We always look for the different particularities of each batch, their uniqueness and the way they complement each other. A north-facing installment showed off some new flavors and characters that we felt were worth «leaving» to their own devices. In our lives there are moments and wines that mark our oenological life, which in turn are part of our curriculum. This wine was one of them. We call it CV – Curriculum Vitae.
