Vinification of the Boa Vista Reserva Red Wine of 3 Liters: manual harvest. Manual selection of bunches. Destemming and gentle crushing of the berries. As fermentation vessels, the traditional granite lagares with foot treading, stainless steel fermentation tanks, and for small batches, food-grade PVC containers or fermentation in new French oak barrels of 500 liters. Each of these types of fermentation imparts a particular style to the wine. Our winemaking philosophy is simple: to gently extract all the characteristics of the grapes. Aging: 100% in French oak barrels from different cooperages and with different types of toasting. After an aging period ranging from 15 to 20 months, the different batches were formed.

«Structure present but very delicate, once again supported by the aromatic fraction that gives rise to a wine profile with great elegance and presence on the palate. Very long finish anticipating enormous aging potential.»
Deeply revealing an immense complexity for its tender age. The aromatic component of the wine demonstrates mastery in integrating with the aromas from barrel aging. The immense palette of red and black fruits (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries), floral notes (violet and wildflowers), and spicy notes is remarkable.
