The 1992 Ausone is red, dark. Discreet nose and slightly more fruity after swirling. Soft attack, develops on a juicy structure, fruity and elegant that doesn’t have a great density but that evolves on flavours of licorice and ink, toward a long caressing finish. Refined style.
