Western Pacific’s vision was to produce a Bourbon Whiskey that was easier to drink and less harsh than the smoky Kentucky style. They set our goal to produce a smoother finish by finishing the aging in French Oak and Spanish Oak casks while still showing the charred toast of the new American Barrel.
