Reseña profesional
Medium brick-ish colour, orange towards the rim, some sediment (needs to be decanted). Faint red fruit, blood orange, dill, mushroom, tobacco, leather, spices, cinnamon, clove, and light balsamic notes are joined by some mint on the finish, with medium-level acidity, fully resolved tannin and good to very good length. Some VA. Beautiful light old age sweetness. Very smooth, and very harmonious after 30 minutes in a small decanter. On day two, the wine was very balsamic and stood up to a spicy Karahi Chicken dish. A lively, fully mature Rioja. Drink now.
