Reseña profesional
This Vieux Chateau Certan 2001 is a mix of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc is a deep purple-colored, meaty, rich effort with a pleasant scent of creosote, incense, Christmas spices, plenty of red and black fruits, and traces of licorice as well as new wood from Alexandre Thienpont. Give it two more years of cellaring and enjoy it over the next 15-18 years. Rich, medium to full-bodied, with exceptional purity and nobility, give it two more years of cellaring and consume it over the next 10 years.
