Rum: Savanna Herr Japan Tribute 2022 Release Rum | 500ML
For this third opus, the cellar master decided to experiment with the ageing of an agricultural white rum distilled in 2019. The result is a cask raw cane juice rum with an absolutely atypical profile, with amylic, floral and fruity notes from the nose, sustained woodiness and a tonic palate, more vegetal and sweet, with a slight bitterness.
