50% Grenache Blanc, 50% Clairette. Rather reduced nose when I tasted it from tank but obviously fine. Honey notes and slightly heavy on the palate at this stage. Spicy and very tight indeed.
Creamy and somewhat viscous. Deep gold almost orange. White flower and honeysuckle nose. Fennel and green fruit palate. Very low acidity was best at a cold temperature. (2025)
