This dense purple-colored, rich, sweet Quinta Do Castelinho 2000 displays pure blackberry liqueur notes intermixed with notions of camphor, smoke, licorice, and flowers. The impressive aromas are followed by an equally admirable attack as well as mid-palate, but there is a lack of follow through in the finish.
