Description
A Vinha do Ujo was planted in 1930. Its more than 25 varieties are spread out on small terraces exposed to the west. The fermentation of the grapes takes place in 500-liter French oak barrels. After a period of maceration, the resulting wine continues to age for 16 months in 225-liter barrels also made of French oak.
