Pacheca Porto Colheita 2000 results from the traditional vinification of grapes from different old vineyards of the Douro, natural from various native grape varieties of the same region. After their crushing in the winery, they are foot-trodden twice a day until the introduction of grape spirit. Aged in Portuguese oak barrels.
