Penelope Havana Bourbon is a limited-edition release from Penelope’s Cooper Series, introduced in December 2024. This expression starts with a four-year-old, four-grain bourbon (74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye, 3% malted barley) that undergoes a double cask finishing process: 12 months in Caribbean rum barrels followed by an additional month in maple syrup barrels. Bottled at 93 proof, it aims to capture the essence of a warm Caribbean evening.
