The nose is fresh and youthful, with elegant notes of white fruit. On aeration, more toasty aromas emerge, combining toast, roasted hazelnut and baked apple. Freshness returns in full force in a delicate, taut body with a fine cordon of lively bubbles. White fruits are always present, accompanied by notes of pine sap, warm spices and fresh pineapple.
