Reseña profesional
The lush, ripe blackberry/plum fruit is delightfully forward and nuanced on the initial attack with notes of earth and smoke. The texture is dense but not overly tannic, with an almost plum weight that still carries the wine to a lovely finish. The grapes are purchased from a plot of old vines in Feusselottes and destemmed prior to fermentation on native yeasts. The Meo Camuzet Les Feusselottes 2021 is ageing at present in cask – this should drink well young but is also capable of at least mid-term ageing.
