A molasses rum from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, distilled in column and pot still in 2013 then aged for 8 years in an ex-Bourbon barrel in a tropical climate. Transported by sail on the schooner Gallant then refined for a few months in ex-Pineau des Charentes red barrels.
