Rich and smoky in a nonetheless elegant package, with layered notes of wild strawberry, pastry, pomegranate, toasted brioche, candied orange zest, dried tea rose and almond cream. This shows beautiful texture and integration, with a long, creamy, smoke-tinged finish.
