Reseña profesional
The Lafite Rothschild 1973 is attractive ruby with rusty shade to the rim. Lovely ethereal nose. Quite a bit of acid but lovely balance. Long. Menthol fresh. Bone dry. Well mannered. Very Lafite. Long. Super refreshing. Opened out in the glass to be quite rich. A beautifully balanced wine, the like of which we may never see again, as everyone chases ripeness. Skinniness is bad, but when you have great terroir, a wine like this can be sensational.
