Reseña profesional
Color is medium burgundy with some browning at the edge. Nose is bright with higher-toned black cherry and still features overt vanilla and spice notes from the wood. I’ve seen that integrate and soften in older Spinetta nebbiolos. The palate is complete and open knit. Sweet red fruit with an acid kick on the mid-palate that provides intensity and persistence. Suave, smooth tannin. Christmas spices add interest. Feels like one to drink younger but it should hold on for years. Nice modern interpretation of Barbaresco.
