Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Fine notes of yellow tropical fruit, ripe mango underpinned by cookie and citrus zest, mineral and fresh, seductive bouquet. Full-bodied, very elegant and harmonious, white peach, lively structure, salty touch on the finish, taut, cool, dry vinous style, shows very good length and assured certain ageing potential, perfect as an aperitif as well as a food companion.
