The Double Distillery whisky is a blend from two Komasa family distilleries: Hioki’s Pot Still Whisky and Kanosuke’s Single Malt Whisky. Hioki Distillery, in operation since 1883, began producing grain whisky in 2020 using unmalted and malted barley.
