Reseña profesional
Components were tasted. Number 1 from Peleat: Citrus fruit with a high pitch and flowery notes reminiscent of Chablis. With air, it becomes more flowery and has excellent definition. Number two, from Rocoules: richer and more round, but not without vigor. A core of zesty minerality supports luscious pear, peach, and honey flavors. Number 3 from Ermite: Sappy, thickly packed orchard fruit aromas with a smokey mineral note that grows in power as the wine ages. The resulting wine appears to be a testament to the vintage and appellation, displaying a stunning combination of depth, strength, and energy that I only see in the best white Burgundies.
