Reseña profesional
The 1989 Giscours has a raisin and port scent, as well as tanned leather. It’s completely decadent. Full-bodied, with lovely fruit and a mouth-watering palate of chewy, thick tannins. What extravagant luxury and awe. This wine has a lot of fruit, mature and aged flavor, and a smooth, yet chewy tongue. A wonderful wine from a bygone era. This could turn out to be the ‘new’ legendary 1970. A lovely surprise is just around the corner. —A blind retrospective of the Bordeaux vintages of 1989 and 1999
