Hats off, a wine that made history and will remain in history. This was probably the best wine of the whole tasting and despite having distinct orange nuances in its pale red color, it was far from past its prime, in fact it was at its peak. The aroma is decidedly balsamic and spicy with notes of crushed wild roses and whiffs of freshly cut medicinal herbs. The mouthfeel is velvety and caressing, indecent. The aftertaste is eternal.
