Color/App: moderately deep yellow with light mousse and copious tiny bubbles. Showstopper bouquet of yeast and bread dough, baked apple pie and marzipan. Full bodied, quite round with perfect acidity and a very long, fine finish. Loved the nuttiness. Really what all Champagne houses should aspire to.
