The 2012 Meursault 1er Cru Sous Le Dos d’Ane has a refined bouquet with subtle scents of almond and white chocolate tincturing the tightly wound bouquet. The palate is refined, almost introspective on the entry. It is well-balanced with fine acidity, though it remains very focused and linear. There finish is bright and vivacious with citrus lemon and sour lemon lining the long finish. Very fine.
