Description
Domaine Leflaive is located in the village of Puligny-Montrachet, an area famous for the production of great aged white wines in the Côte de Beaune. The history of this Domaine dates back to 1920 when its founder Joseph Leflaive carried out a major restructuring of the family vineyards in the commune of Puligny. The current manager, his granddaughter and heir, is Anne-Claude Leflaive, who heads the project on behalf of the rest of the family. Its wines, and those of the region, are known for their concentration and opulence, always maintaining a fine, mineral and fresh side that characterizes the great whites of Burgundy, and Leflaive is without a doubt one of the great names in Burgundy.
